Shipment Processing Time:

How long will it take to get my order ready to ship?

  • Standard orders typically take 3-5 business days to process.
  • Customized orders may take a bit longer, 5-7 business days to get ready for shipment.

Please note:

  • Check the specific product page to confirm the exact processing time (some products might be different).
  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • During high order volume times, shipment processing may be extended by a few days. We’ll do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible, and you’ll receive notification if there’s a significant delay.

*USPS Overnight Express:

We offer expedited shipping via USPS Overnight Express for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. This service guarantees delivery within 1-2 business days. However, please be aware that delivery delays can occasionally occur, even with expedited services.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses:

Luxury Icon Co. ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

LuxuryIconCo.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damaged Items:

  • We take pride in carefully packaging your order to minimize the risk of damage during shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
    • Contact Us Within 2 Business Days: Please let us know within 2 business days of receiving your order if there’s any damage.
    • Save Packaging and Take Photos: For a smooth claim process, keep all packaging materials and take clear photos of the damaged item(s) and the packaging itself.
    • We’ll Resolve the Issue: Once you contact us, we’ll process your damage claim and ship out a replacement within our standard processing timeframe.

Please Note:

  • While we’ll do our best to expedite replacements for damaged items, the processing timeline may still apply.

Delivery Delays and Lost Packages:

  • We understand that package delays can be frustrating. While we’re not liable for lost or delayed items during shipping, we’ll do everything we can to help!

What to Do in Case of a Delay:

  • USPS Delays: Package delays can happen, especially during peak seasons. We have to wait 14 days after the expected delivery date before we can open a case with USPS.
  • Contact Us After 14 Days: If your package hasn’t arrived after 14 days from the expected delivery date, please contact us. We’ll be happy to open a case with USPS on your behalf.

What Happens Next:

  • Lost Packages: We’ll issue a full refund for packages confirmed lost by USPS.
  • Delayed Packages: Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued for delayed packages until USPS determines them lost.We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

  1. Holiday Shipping Information: During peak holiday seasons, such as Christmas or Valentine’s Day, please expect potential delays in shipping due to increased order volume. Orders placed before 12/05 are guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. Any orders placed after this cutoff date may experience delays.
