• Applies To: Custom orders, Large orders, and Reservations/Bookings.
• Non-Refundable: Please note that this deposit is non-refundable as it covers the initial costs involved in creating your custom product.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance will be due before the final delivery, shipment, or completion of service. You will receive an invoice for the balance once your custom order is ready.
• Timeline: Orders will proceed as soon as the deposit is received. Any delays in payment may affect the estimated delivery time.
